This is an extraordinary time in history. We are in the midst of a worldwide recession - the economies of the world are all suffering. While we all feel these effects, none are hit as hard as the underpriviledged. They are the ones who have the hardest time surviving through a tough economic period - they rely on the gratitude of the others. Its important that we take this responsibility even more seriously in times of need.

Ekya is a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization operating in the US. All donations are 100% tax deductible and we use 100% of all donated money for direct charitable work. We aim to keep our administrative costs as low as possible (usually $0), so that funds are making as large of an impact as possible.
